INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, social media posts, and other materials produced by Trusted Socials, remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without express written permission.

  2. PAYMENTS AND PRICING

  • All prices for services are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Full or partial payments must be made before the commencement of any work.

  • Recurring services require ongoing payments as outlined in the contract.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

  1. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days in advance.

  • No refunds will be provided for work already completed or services delivered.

  • In the event of early contract termination, outstanding fees for services rendered must be paid in full.

  1. RESULTS DISCLAIMER Trusted Socials makes no guarantees regarding the performance or results of marketing campaigns. While we strive to achieve optimal outcomes, digital marketing success depends on various factors beyond our control, including market conditions and audience engagement.

  2. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND PLATFORMS

  • We may use third-party tools (such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and email marketing software) to provide our services.

  • You acknowledge that the functionality and availability of these third-party platforms are beyond our control.

  • Trusted Socials is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.
